Each cup is handmade with care and love . To make sure your cup last, I allow it to sit and properly degas before shipping. This means orders will take 2-7 days to ship out to you .

A small air bubble in the cup is normal and necessary to help balance the pressure inside the cup to keep everything sealed .

Since every cup is cutom made we cannot accept returns or offer refunds !

When shipping glitter settles at bottom so give cups a good shake ..
